Cancellation Policy

Deposit model: A CHF 500 non-refundable deposit secures your reservation. The balance is due 60 days before departure. By paying the deposit you accept these booking conditions in full.

How to Cancel

Email hello@alpinatravels.com with your booking reference and the reason for cancellation. The cancellation date is the date we receive your written notice. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Where a partial refund applies, it will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days.

Amendments

Changes to travel dates, group size or other details are subject to availability and an amendment fee of CHF 150 per change. Date changes within 60 days of departure are treated as cancellations. Email hello@alpinatravels.com to request an amendment.

Cancellation by Alpina Travels

If we must cancel your trip due to force majeure, safety concerns or supplier failure, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid within 14 days, or the option to rebook on alternative dates at no additional charge. We are not liable for any additional costs (flights, visas, etc.) you may have incurred.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical evacuation and baggage cover at the time of booking. Alpina Travels accepts no liability for losses arising from failure to obtain adequate insurance.
