Legal compliance — financial records retained for 10 years (legal basis: legal obligation)

Marketing emails — only with your explicit consent, easily unsubscribed

4. Third-Party Services

We share data with the following trusted providers solely to operate our service:

Stripe — payment processing (PCI-DSS certified, EU data)
PayPal — optional payment processing
Supabase — booking database (EU servers)
Resend — transactional email delivery
Local suppliers — hotels and transport providers, as necessary to fulfil your booking

We never sell your data to third parties.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS. Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). Access to booking data is restricted and protected.
