48-hour cooling-off period: You may cancel any booking within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.

How to Cancel

Email cancellations@alpinatravels.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Bank processing time may add 3–5 additional days.

Amendments

Changes to travel dates, group size or other details are subject to availability and an amendment fee of EUR 75 per change. Requests must be made at least 30 days before departure. Email hello@alpinatravels.com to request an amendment.

Cancellation by Alpina Travel

If we must cancel your trip due to force majeure, safety concerns or supplier failure, you will receive a full refund within 10 business days. We are not liable for any additional costs (flights, visas, etc.) you may have incurred.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation cover. This protects you in the event of illness, injury or other unforeseen circumstances that prevent travel.
